Pastor Ernest B. Gonder, Jr.
Pastor Ernest B. Gonder, Jr., born in March 1982 and raised in Deerfield Beach, Florida, is a dynamic pastor, community leader, anointed psalmist, and gifted teacher of God’s Word. At the age of 13, under the loving guidance of his parents, the late Apostle Ernest Gonder Sr. and Dr. Barbara Gonder, he began serving in ministry and demonstrating the leadership qualities that would define his life’s calling.
Licensed as a minister in 2002 and ordained to the office of Pastor in 2008, Pastor Gonder—alongside his wife, Lady Victoria Gonder—founded Love Fellowship Worship Center, where he faithfully serves as Senior Pastor. His ministry is marked by a passion for restoration, growth, and empowerment through God’s love and the transforming truth of His Word.
Before entering full-time ministry, Pastor Gonder dedicated twenty-two years to public service with the Broward Sheriff’s Office, beginning his career as a Department of Detention Deputy in 2001 and rising through the ranks to the Office of Executive Lieutenants before retiring in 2023.

Throughout his career, he achieved several professional and leadership milestones. He graduated from the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Academy, became a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, and completed the Eric Thomas Elite Speakers Academy. In 2023, he earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration, further strengthening his leadership foundation and commitment to excellence.
Beyond ministry, Pastor Gonder is a respected real estate investor and entrepreneur, mentoring professionals and teaching individuals how to achieve financial stability, homeownership, and debt-free living.
Today, Pastor Gonder devotes himself fully to pastoral leadership, mentorship, and developing the next generation of leaders. His areas of focus include leadership development, financial literacy, coaching, worship, and personal transformation. He is passionate about helping people renew their minds, realize their God-given potential, and walk boldly in their divine purpose.
In 2003, he married his high-school sweetheart, Lady Victoria Gonder, and together they are the proud parents of six beautiful children. Though Pastor Gonder’s journey has included challenges and setbacks, he continues to stand as a testimony of God’s grace, perseverance, and faithfulness—living proof that with God, all things are possible.
